Glass Tempering Furnace

Glass tempering furnace is designed to make heat-resistant and tempered glass for the cut and processed glass. Flat glass, reflective glass, colored glass and hard-coated (Low-E) glass can be tempered. It has physical glass tempering furnace and chemical glass tempering furnace.

Glass Cutting Machine

Glass cutting machine is a device used to cut glass, it can easily cut the glass into the desired shape and size.

There are two basic glass cutting machines in the market, CNC Glass Cutting Line and Automatic Multifunctional Glass Cutting Machine. Please choose the one suits to your plant. 

Glass Laminating Machine

Glass lamination machine mainly has two types of machine. PVB glass lamination production line that includes a pre-pressing production line and an autoclave system, and EVA glass laminating machine uses the vacuum bag under vacuum conditions to laminate glass.

Glass Insulated Machine

Automatic Insulated Glass Production Line, also called glass IG line or glass DGU line, is composed of glass loading section, washing and drying section, light inspection section, spacer bar attaching section, out-panel assembly section, sheet pressing section, and output section. More advanced equipment could be added as per the client’s requirement, such as sealing robot, argon gas filling machine, automatic desiccant automatic filling machine, etc.

Automatic horizontal glass washing and drying machine is special equipment for cleaning and drying the glass surface of glass for deep-processing.

Glass Hole Drilling Machine

Glass hole drilling machine is suitable for drilling (disc) holes of the glass of different thicknesses. By replacing the drill bit or disc, holes of different diameters can be drilled.

Automatic glass drilling machine and Double-head automatic glass drilling machine are widely used in glass processing industry.

Glass Sandblasting Machine

Frosted glass is a translucent glass that is rough and uneven on the surface of flat glass. The main processing methods are mechanical sandblasting or chemical treatment (such as hydrofluoric acid dissolution). We supply three main glass sandblasting machines:

Glass CNC Work Center

Glass CNC work center is that integrates various functions of glass pre-treatment equipment, it can independently process glass of engraving, polishing, drilling, edging, milling, cutout.

Waterjet Machine

Waterjet Cutting Machine uses high-pressure water mixing garnet sand for cutting. Under the control of the computer, the workpiece can be sculpted at will, and it is not affected by the texture of the material.

Glass Screen Printing Machine

Glass screen printing machine is to use high-temperature ink to form a pattern on the surface of the glass through a screen printing process. After tempering or high-temperature baking in IR drier, the ink is tightly combined with the glass surface.
