Automatic Insulated Glass Production Line

Automatic Insulated Glass Production Line is composed of glass loading section, washing and drying section, light inspection section, spacer bar attaching section, out-panel assembly section, sheet pressing section, and output section. More advanced equipment could be added as per the client’s requirement, such as sealing robot, argon gas filling machine, automatic desiccant automatic filling machine, etc.

Insulating glass is a glass product in which two or more pieces of glass are evenly separated for effective support and bonded and sealed around the edges to form a dry gas space between the glass layers.

Technical Features

• Automatically distinguish the film of Low-E glass and coated glass with a sensing system.
• Washing machine adopts stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials, has excellent waterproof performance, safe, hygienic, long service life.
• Glass sheet pressing section can be opened with a large stroke of up to 500mm, which is convenient for maintenance.
• HMI is adopted, which is easy to operate and can automatically diagnose equipment failures with a high degree of automation.
• Glass position memory function, can easily and quickly deal with the inconvenience caused by errors, improving the production efficiency.
