Two-Component Sealant Extruder

The two-Component Sealant Extruder is an important equipment for making insulating glass. It puts the prepared two barrels of glue A and glue B under two customized pressure plates. After the pressure plate is pressed, use the metering pump for proportioning and mixing. After all is completed, the sealant is injected into the edge of the pre-processed insulating glass.

  • It is easy to adjust the ratio through adjustable pressure synchronous linkage mechanism.
  • The needle-shaped one-way valve ensures that the mixture does not flow back and avoids solidification in the tube.
  • Fully enclosed curing agent glue system to prevent curing agent from contacting with air and curing.
  • Gas pressure driven has the performance of stable pressure, uniform output.
